Tuesday night's 10/05/21 Mega Millions jackpot is worth $45 million, with a cash-value option worth $31.7 million.
The total jackpot could increase depending on the number of tickets sold around the country prior to the drawing.

Had they purchased the Megaplier for an extra $1, their second prize would have been worth $2 million. Mega Millions is one of two multi-state lottery games. Here are tickets from multiple states—Louisiana, Florida and Mississippi—bought in February and March. Mega Millions is played on Tuesdays and Fridays.
