After a turbulent year, the true status of Megan Fox's relationship with Machine Gun Kelly has remained somewhat of a mystery to fans.
Megan responded: 'I think that what I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption, so I think as of now, I don't have a comment on like the status of the relationship per say. In 2022 they became engaged, and when announcing their betrothal on Instagram, Megan said she and MGK 'drank each other's blood' to celebrate the occasion.
