Wall Street bigwig Bank of America has knocked off rivals to be appointed house adviser to telco infrastructure group Megaport.
, taking pitches from a handful of investment banks and advisory firms in the past month.
It’s been particularly busy for listed and unlisted telco infrastructure plays. Vocus Group, Uniti Group, and the telco towers portfolios are among assets to attract private capital bids in the past two years.
