A Sussex insider has claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle only do charity work to help themselves financially, while the Duchess of Sussex is uncomfortable meeting the public.
Harry is set to receive the prestigious Pat Tillman Award for Service – named in honour of a late NFL player and soldier - at the televised ESPYS on Thursday in recognition of his signature Invictus Games foundation for wounded veterans., who said the award deserved to go to a more worthy recipient.
Royal biographer and frequent Sussex critic Angela Levin has joined the calls for broadcaster ESPN to rescind the honour and claimed the former working royals are primarily motivated by money, with Meghan in particular finding interaction with the public “awkward”. Harry and Meghan have also set up their Archewell charitable foundation, but tax filings released last year revealed the couple spend just a few working hours a week on their charity.
