Meghan Markle has bravely opened up about the "worst point" she experienced in regards to her mental health, revealing that husband Prince Harry was the one who found her help.
Hindi actress Deepika, 36, has previously spoken candidly about her own mental health and on the podcast said she works hard to “ensure that I don't go back into that dark place again.” “I think at my worst point being finally connected to someone that you know, my husband had found a referral for me to call and I called this woman, she didn't know I was even calling her and she was checking out at the grocery store.
