Meghan Markle will likely not be making an appearance alongside Prince Harry at the Invictus Games, which kick off in Düsseldorf on Saturday, Robert Jobson claims.
The royal author predicts the Duchess of Sussex will “try to stay out of the limelight to avoid another media storm”.On Thursday, it was revealed that the mother-of-two has been taken off the official guide for the international sporting event.
Meghan and Prince Harry were both set to take part in the closing ceremony on September 16, with the Duke of Sussex locked-in to deliver a speech to the competitors. Voice Australia judge and Harry's longtime friend Rita Ora will headline the closing ceremony, while German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier will deliver the closing speech.
Harry began his Europe trip in London on Thursday, with an appearance at the WellChild Awards - a charity for seriously ill kids the 38-year-old is a patron of.
