A Michigan State hearing officer has determined that former head football coach Mel Tucker violated the university’s sexual harassment policy during a phone call with Brenda Tracy, a sexual violence prevention advocate hired by the university, in April 2022, Tracy’s attorney, Karen Truszkowski, said in a statement Wednesday. Advertisement Tracy filed a complaint against Tucker with the school’s Title IX office last December, and MSU hired an outside Title IX attorney to investigate.
