Victoria Police are preparing to charge a man who was kicked out of Oaks Day celebrations at Flemington Racecourse for allegedly performing the Nazi salute.
Police assigned to the Melbourne Divisional Licensing Unit spotted a man in the general admission area of the racecourse allegedly performing the Nazi salute. Authorities said carnival goers surrounding the man did not react to the salute and no witnesses approached police regarding the incident.
