An anti-mask Karen has been fined at a Melbourne train station after refusing a very easy solution offered to her by police three times.
The woman was at Broadmeadows train station in Melbourne’s outer north when police spotted her not wearing a face covering.
The woman was among 140 Victorians fined in the past 24 hours for breaching the chief health officer’s restrictions, with 20 others also handed infringements for failing to wear a face covering. Police were called to the apartment just before 6pm on Tuesday after receiving reports of a potential breach occurring.
It was then discovered that none of the 11 lived at the address and were instead gathered to celebrate a birthday.
