“I was so young back then. I was still going through school, so I didn’t know what I wanted to do with it,” he said.

Whitford did some acting in commercials and at school, but not much after he was 18. He’s now “definitely left field” from performance. He’s finishing a human resources degree and has launched a pop-up private dining venture calledHe got used to being compared with 2000 Sydney Olympics opening ceremony star Nikki Webster and became known as “duck boy” among friends who would give him a bit of a “rub up” about it. “It’s a name that tagged along with me for a while,” he said.
