From tomorrow the city's curfew will be scrapped, and there'll also no longer be a limit on how many people from a single household can go grocery shopping. Here's more details on what's changing in Melbourne.

From 5:00am tomorrow, the curfew that has been in place in Melbourne since early August will be scrapped.

There is still a two-hour limit on outdoor exercise time, and facilities such as tennis and bowls clubs will remain closed. Outdoor religious gatherings and ceremonies will be allowed, but with a limit of five people plus one faith leader.Melburnians are allowed out of their homes for up to two hours per day for exercise.

An extra 127,000 workers will be able to return to various industries in Melbourne, with COVID-safe plans in place.
