A teenager accused of deliberately driving into two cyclists on a road in Melbourne's south-east has been granted bail.
The teenager was also charged with aggravated burglary and robbing another man with an axe in the days following the alleged attack. "Hit him, hit him, hit him" was reportedly heard by one of the passengers before laughter allegedly broke out and another boy said, "Oh shit, oh f---, my bad." The judge described the alleged offending as chilling but released the teenager on the condition he lived with his uncle, abided by a curfew and did not get behind the wheel of a car.
