Melburnians will face another two weeks of stage 4 restrictions after September 13, but with some modifications, Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed.From September 14, Melburnians will be allowed two hours of exercise each day and single people will be able to share visits with one other household
The plan includes the creation of "household bubbles" to allow limited visits between Melbourne households
