The Melbourne IVF, Royal Women’s Hospital and Melbourne University study will show that clinical pregnancy rates were 39 per cent for men under 40. This fell to 26 per cent for men over 40. Only men whose female partners were under 35 were selected for the research, collected over four years, to rule out any influence from advanced maternal age.
