The mercury is set to rise across Merseyside from tomorrow
The Met Office is predicting there could be 'heatwave' temperatures as Liverpool is set to enjoy days of sunshine and hot weather.
Only earlier today the Met Office issued a issued a string of flood warnings and alerts across Britain and while Liverpool wasn't on the list of locations, nearby Warrington is. The Met Office told Wales Online that "couple of factors are responsible for opening the door to some fine conditions" for the first week of meteorological autumn - the week many of the schools go back.
