The termination of his role comes with the Tigers dwindling once again in 13th position while showing few signs of improvement.“Wests Tigers sincerely thanks Michael for all his hard work and effort over the past three and a half years,” the club said in a statement. The Tigers board had ordered a mid-year review during the team’s recent bye week to assess the best path forward, after making a determination the team had once again fallen out of the premiership race.
