EXCLUSIVE: Michelle Heaton has revealed that while Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Win looks tough on screen, it's much worse in real life - and isn't like other TV shows
She's currently going through a range of gruelling challenges on-screen as part of the new Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins series, and Michelle Heaton has revealed that it's even tougher in real life than TV.
Michelle can be seen starring alongside celebrities such as Matt Hancock, James 'Arg' Argent, Amber Turney, Gareth Gates and Danielle Lloyd. Michelle has spent the last two years focusing on herself following a battle with addiction and is now two years sober from alcohol. She has been putting fitness first and moved to a healthy lifestyle, often sharing her gym results on social media.
