For more than five decades, Linda Campbell has been helping bring babies into the world. She says it's heartwarming to be approached by mums who, while their children are all grown up, remember Ms Campbell's crucial support.
Linda Campbell has loved her work delivering babies so much that it has taken more than 50 years for her to retire.
"When I started here in my role, I had no idea what I was doing but she just took me under her wing," Ms Bastian said.Asked whether she could see herself being in the profession for the same amount of time, Ms Bastian expressed scepticism."To work 57 years full-time, up until is pretty incredible. It's just amazing.""When I first started, the Lyell McEwin was a community hospital. It was very small," she said.
