Wednesday marked the Salute to Service at the Memorial Tournament, specifically to celebrate our service members.
You’ll find it at Hole 13. It’s called the Military Outpost, presented by Jobs Ohio.
It offers veterans and active duty from all branches of service a chance to escape the heat, take in a fantastic view, and be celebrated for their service. “It’s powerful and meaningful for many reasons,” said Elaine Bryant, a 20-year Veteran of the Air Force and now Managing Director for the Military and Federal Sector of Jobs Ohio. “I’d like to just say thank you to Jack Nicklaus for honoring and making the Memorial about those who gave their all and those who are serving.
The Military Outpost is open each day of the tournament, through Sunday. Bring your military ID for access.
