Self-proclaimed Australian “Mining-Tech” business Imdex is on the acquisition trail, keen to pick up a chunky offshore target to shore up its position in global markets.
Imdex’s products enable drilling contractors and resources companies to find, mine and define orebodies. The group, with a $1 billion market value, reported $104.9 million EBITDA last year at a 31 per cent margin, and has doubled its earnings in the past three years.
