Two minors have been charged in a five-vehicle crash that left one victim in critical condition, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.

A tractor trailer was also struck, officials said. Two male juveniles were arrested and charged with acts of juvenile delinquency. If committed by an adult, the offenses for one of the minors would be equivalent to two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of assault by auto and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, prosecutors said.
