Mobile network making big change to roaming charges - and customers will be happy
Either way, any pay-monthly customers who joined on or after June 16, 2022, will be given at least 30 days' notice before any changes are made.
Rachel Swift, Tesco Mobile's chief customer officer, said: "As we move towards the summer months, we know how helpful it is to stay connected when abroad. Those who took out a new contract or renewed before July 6, 2021, won't pay the extra charges though.If you took out a contract before October 1, 2021, you're exempt from paying the extra fees though.
