Moderna's Covid vaccine is more effective than others in preventing hospitalization, according to the CDC

The study excluded data from immunocompromised patients, children or people who were only partially vaccinated against Covid-19. The CDC said data on differences in effectiveness “can guide individual choices and policy recommendations regarding vaccine boosters,” but noted that all three vaccines authorized by U.S. regulators appear to offer strong protection.“Although these real-world data suggest some variation in levels of protection by vaccine, all FDA-approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines provide substantial protection against COVID-19 hospitalization,” the study said.
