Morbius ending explained: All the mysteries of Jared Leto's Marvel movie, solved
Given that Morbius brutally kills a bunch of people after he takes the cure , it's no surprise that he's a bit hesitant to share it out when Milo discovers that the cure worked.
The nurse's death brings Morbius under the suspicion of FBI agents Simon Stroud and Alberto Rodriguez , who were already investigating his earlier massacre. When they come to question him, Morbius attacks them to try and get away, but he's captured and imprisoned. With Martine's help, Morbius starts to work on a way to stop Milo which he also plans to use on himself. The artificial blood he had been using to keep the cure working is getting less effective and if he doesn't kill himself too, Morbius will soon be at a stage when he won't be able to resist the urge for real blood.
As she's dying, Martine tells Morbius to drink from her to"make it mean something" and give him the strength to defeat Milo.It doesn't stop Milo from overpowering Morbius during the fight, but the tide is turned when they crash underground. Morbius summons a colony of bats to contain Milo and give Morbius the chance to defeat him.
