Daniel Billings, already charged with murder, sexual assault, stalking, animal cruelty, and breaching a violence order, faces four additional charges. These include aggravated sexual intercourse, threatening bodily harm, and damaging property. The Director of Public Prosecutions intends to withdraw some charges at a committal hearing next year.
Four additional charges have been laid against Daniel Billings , who is accused of murdering Molly Ticehurst .who was on bail at the time of the alleged incident
Ms Ticehurst's family was in Parkes Local Court on Thursday, where four fresh charges were laid against Mr Billings. The fourth additional charge is sexual intercourse without consent which is alleged to have occurred in January.The charge certification documents indicate the Office of the Director for Public Prosecutions intends to withdraw some of the charges against Mr Billings when he faces a committal hearing next year.
