More restaurant and retail on the way at Cypress Waters
A second phase of retail and restaurant space is planned in Cypress Water's Sound development northwest of Dallas.Developers of the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters community northwest of Dallas are making plans for more restaurants and retail.more than a decade ago — is planning a second phase to its popular The Sound retail center on North Lake.
