Two boroughs have reportedly been affected
Homes and businesses across Greater Manchester have reportedly been hit by two power cuts. More than 1,000 properties in total are affected by the incidents this morning , according to Electricity North West.
A spokesperson for Electricity North West wrote on Twitter: "We are aware of a power cut in Hyde SK14 affecting 953 customers. Our engineer is on their way to investigate. "To receive updates on this please DM your full address and contact number. If you or anybody in your household require assistance, please call us on 105."
Engineers are currently on-site to resolve the issue, with an estimated power restoration time 'under review'. Residents are affected in the OL3 6HU, OL3 6LB, OL3 7AN, OL3 7AR, OL3 7AT, OL3 7AU, OL3 7AW, OL3 7AX and OL3 7FS postcodes.
