Police used surveillance footage, cell phone data and witnesses to build a case against Jyheir Mosley-Williams, 19.

Jyheir Mosley-Williams, 19, and Bennie Chisolm, 29, are charged with homicide in connection to the March 16, 2022 death of Jacoby L. Strain-Hankerson. Cellphone records placed a Harrisburg man at the scene of a fatal drive-by shooting in the city last year, police said in court documents filed this week, charging him with homicide.

According to those court documents: Jyheir Mosley-Williams, 19, shot and killed Jacoby Strain-Hankerson, 23, on March 16, 2022, while Strain-Hankerson and his brother ducked for cover behind a row of cars in the area of North 17th and Zarker streets.
