It’s Morgan Stanley Australia Wealth Management’s turn to try and stitch up music licensing group Songtradr’s Series E raise, which has been plodding along since it parked its IPO and turned to the private markets in March.
Morgan Stanley’s wealth unit dialled into the action in November. Their investment banking colleagues were not involved in the fundraising.
