Stockbrokers Morgans and Shaw and Partners are in the market with a $25 million equity raising for IT consulting group Atturra on Monday morning.
The brokers sent terms for a $2.27 million placement and $22.73 million rights issue, both at 85¢ a share.The rights issue was structured as a non-renounceable entitlement offer on a one-for-7.5 basis. The deal was underwritten.
The brokers were calling for bids into the placement and institutional portion of the rights issue by close of business on Monday.co-edits Street Talk, specialising in private equity, investment banking, M&A and equity capital markets.
