Mr Morrison's demands come in the wake of the Christchurch terror attack that was live-streamed on Facebook before being shared millions of times across social media sites. The Prime Minister has written to Japan's Prime Minister and G20 chairman Shinzo Abe, asking for social media governance to be made a high priority issue at the summit in June.
