Former prime minister Scott Morrison spent New Year's Eve at Donald Trump 's party at Mar-a-Lago in Florida. Morrison posted a picture on X of himself and his wife Jenny with Trump and his wife Melania at the event at Trump 's lavish home. Trump and Morrison 's friendship goes back to September 2019, when they were prime minister and president. After both left office, they met for a private meeting in New York.
