'I want Mother's Day to be about me, not my mum'
I was just wondering what does everyone do on Mothers day? Do you see your Mum or just spend it with your parter and children?
My Mum seems to be annoyed that I don't want to spend Mother's day with her this year, but I feel like I want it to be more about me. I have 2 children under 3 and I feel like she offers me very little support. She hardly ever baby sits for me... and I mean shes will only look after them for a few hours during the day when she does. I recieved tickets to a musical for me and my husband and SUPRISE she couldnt look after the kids cause she was going to yet another social event and my 84 year old Nan had to.
My Mum is 57 and I feel like she should help me more. So I don't want to spend Mothers day with her because I don't even think she deserves it.
