Fir Park manager reckons the SFA need to come up with a plan of action to avoid the same problems occurring in a year's time.
Stuart Kettlewell has called for a VAR reboot in the summer - and an action plan to be drawn up to help improve the standard of officiating.
He said: “I think there definitely does need to be some kind of reset or reboot at the end of this season. Every football club every single summer comes up with a plan on how to best move forward. You're always working towards improving and a vision of where you want to get to. I think it's very important that we have that in terms of VAR and referees as well.
"I understand Crawford is stepping down and inevitably someone else will be stepping in. Does that mean there'll be some kind of guideline as to what we're now working towards improving? I certainly hope so."
