The 41-year-old was pronounced dead after the smash on the B723 Annan to Eskdalemuir road on Sunday afternoon
The 41-year-old had been one of a number of bikers travelling together on the B723 Annan to Eskdalemuir road in Dumfries and Galloway when the collision took place at 2.30pm on Sunday, June 11. No other vehicles were involved.The road was closed for several hours to allow for collision investigators to carry out inquiries.
Sergeant David Kerr said: “An investigation is under way to establish the full circumstances of the crash. Top news stories today "I would appeal to anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident who may have any information to contact us. Any small piece of information could assist our enquiries as we piece together what has happened.”
