ABC Goulburn Murray: Jason KatsarasThe Mount Buffalo Chalet will open for the first time in 18 years as an outdoor education centre for schoolchildren.
It comes after the state government struck a 40-year lease deal with private operator, Belgravia Outdoor Education. Mr Pandazopoulos said the chalet had been ready for reopening sooner but efforts to find a private investor were hampered by the pandemic.
