My ex-wife and I bought a home over 20 years ago on Nicholson St in Seddon — right before Seddon had taken off and when MoVida had only been open for about three or four years.

We lived there for four or five years and our first two children were born there so there were a lot of memories.My wife and I bought our current house six or seven years ago to renovate into our dream home. Someone had made an apartment at the top and an apartment below, but it looks like one storey from the street and it has quite a steep back looking over Festival Hall to the city.His West Melbourne home was initially two worker’s cottages before it was renovated.
