Embattled NSW MP John Sidoti says he used words 'that aren't usually in my vocabulary' when Dominic Perrottet phoned him to demand his resignation.
The ICAC has sought the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions on whether any criminal charges should be laid."I know in my heart what I've done and what I haven't done and the reality is, I'm innocent," he said."It's just a ridiculous system that's been set up and no one's got the spine to reform it and that's the sad part here.
"I'm offended by corruption. I'm offended by what I've read about Mr Sidoti's behaviour," Mr Kean said. "Mr Sidoti should step down immediately and if he doesn't, then he needs to be suspended and booted from the parliament."
