Troopers are investigating a multi-car crash on I-5 near Northgate that left multiple people injured early Thursday morning. FOX13
According to a Washington State Patrol release, four cars were involved in the crash.
Trooper Rick Johnson told FOX 13 a man drove off the 130th overpass, crashed through a construction fence and onto the I-5 lanes. The car then landed on a car, struck another car and rolled over and hit a box truck, according to WSP. According to investigators, the driver of the causing vehicle was injured and taken to Harborview Medical Center. Troopers said he was suspected of impairment. He faces charges of DUI, Vehicle Assault and reckless driving.
