Police said a 39-year-old man was arrested on Monday morning “following reports of multiple shop fronts and vehicles along Sydney Road, Manly , being damaged overnight”.
One local, who asked not to be named, said it appeared banks and real estate agencies had been specifically targeted. Residents in nearby Allambie Heights also reported damage, with up to 30 cars along Kentwell Road and Pittwater Road vandalised, according to the Manly Observer.Manly was hit in overnight rampage.
