Latoszewski's twisted truth continue when he joked the only thing Sebastian had was a “smacked a***” and then at the police station where he was joined by Kalinowska in making claims that Sebastian had fallen from a tree. The trial also heard that up until May this year, Latoszewski was still claiming that at the time he believed he was reasonably chastising Sebastian. The defence statement read: “When Andrezj Latoszewski chastised Sebastian Kalinowski, he did not use excessive force and he did not seem to be in pain. He did not intend to cause him serious harm and he did not believe at the time he was causing Sebastian Kalinowski any harm and had not caused any harm.
Sebastian ‘manipulated’ Latoszewski and Kalinowska Sebastian’s character was regularly attacked during Latoszewski's evidence who suggested staff at his school had lied to the court about him being a “model” student. Latoszewski said Sebastian “manipulated” things to make him look bad and spoke of an incident at Easter last year when he spoke to a teacher and was accused of being aggressive.
Latoszewski and Kalinowska worried about kidnappers After he had finished his last day of school, on July 23, Sebastian was the victim of a prolonged assault carried out. Latoszewski told the jury that they had issues with Sebastian lying for a long time and he had lied to them and told them he had finished for the summer holidays later than he had, prompting them to worry about kidnappers.
