A mother of two has shared footage of the terrifying moment her baby was snatched from a trolley while she was shopping at a supermarket in South Africa.

CCTV footage inside the store showed the butcher’s assistant lift the baby out of the trolley and walk off with the baby in his arms.She screams out before turning to see her daughter being carried away by the store employee who was trying to walk out of sight behind a grocery aisle. She said she had put her daughter in the trolley to free her hands while she bent over to grab some meat.
