The October festival is more than 95 per cent free to attend
Lancaster Music Festival is set to return for its 12th year in October and festivalgoers will be able to enjoy live music inside the iconic castle with views all over the city.
READ MORE: Shows to see during Blackpool Illuminations - including Sleeping Beauty, The Tiger Who Came to Tea and Twelfth Night There are new venues lined up for this year's festival including the Judges' Lodgings museum, Lancaster Folk Club at the Collegian Club, Tite and Locke at Lancaster Railway Station and a brand new floating stage on Ram - a maintenance boat on Lancaster Canal. Live gigs will also take place throughout the city's shops and banks, in over 30 pubs, cafes and live music venues as well as on stages in the city's squares and streets.
