Tributes have poured in for Michael Constantine, who played the Windex-loving father in My Big Fat Greek Wedding, who has died at 94.
reports the Emmy-winning actor passed away from natural causes at his home in Reading, Pennsylvania on August 31, his family confirmed.My Big Fat Greek WeddingConstantine played Gus, the dad of Toula Portokalos, in the 2002 rom-com movie.which was a continuation to the movie.My Big Fat Greek Life cast including actress Nia Vardalos , actor Steven Eckholdt , Lainie Kazan, Michael Constantine, Andrea Martin, Louis Mandylor and Gia Carides.
Actress Nia Vardalos, who starred as Toula, tweeted: “Michael Constantine, the dad to our cast-family, a gift to the written word, and always a friend. Acting with him came with a rush of love and fun. “I will treasure this man who brought Gus to life. He gave us so much laughter and deserves a rest now. We love you Michael.”
