Martin Makepeace has spoken out about his time on My Mum, Your Dad, admitting he's 'enjoying' the reaction he's received and he's already had date offers from younger women
He found himself embroiled in a love triangle and was accused of game playing by TV viewers while starring on My Mum, Your Dad, but Martin Makepeace says he is "really enjoying" his divisive newfound fame.
A love triangle soon formed, with viewers being left unimpressed with Martin's behaviour and branding him "cocky" and a "game player". He soon became the show's villain, but it hasn't stopped women wanting to date him - in fact, he made the startling revelation he is being approached by potential suitors nearly half his age.
"I would have been disappointed if I didn't get that reaction to be honest. I must be a true narcissist because I'm really enjoying it," Martin told the publication. "When you're 6ft8 you've got two choices, fade into insignificance or go all out there, and I chose the second one," he joked. "I would rather say I'm just overconfident, but I do understand why they would say arrogant."
