Brave Blackburn community volunteer shares school bully hell to help others speak out
A community stalwart has spoken out about when he was bullied as a child, hoping to encourage people to talk about their mental health.

The other side was this horrible experience that I had to go through at school."
"That teachers help was so important to me and this is something I want to advocate - the importance of talking. I never looked back once I challenged them and I'm a strong character now because of it, so I want to use that and my experience to help others."
