9News understands the occupant of the Hilgay Street address is a middle-aged woman who only moved in about eight weeks ago.Mystery surrounds the discovery of a woman's body dumped in a bin and found at a tip in Melbourne. The green bin police believe contained her remains was collected on Tuesday morning and discovered by workers at a rubbish tip in Epping the next day.Forensics collected clippings from a tree at Julie and Darren's home down the road to match them to those found in the rubbish collected that day, clues helping investigators link the victim to this street.
