Gilberto Ortiz, 53, of Woodbury, pleaded guilty in Camden County Superior Court to one of five counts of second-degree misconduct contained in the indictment against him, the office said. Under the plea agreement, the prosecutor will recommend a five-year prison sentence with no parole eligibility when Ortiz is sentenced on July 14. He is also barred for life from holding any public office or employment in New Jersey.
