Neville Kennedy, 75, is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and endangering, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella.
The investigation began Dec. 12, 2021 when police in Teaneck contacted the prosecutor’s office about the alleged sexual assault of a child.
“An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office revealed that Neville Kennedy sexually assaulted two children, both of whom were under the age of 13, on more than one occasion,” Musella said in a statement.Thank you for relying on us to provide the journalism you can trust.
