He later entered the Capitol at 2:36 p.m., and exited at 3:23 p.m.. Surveillance cameras captured his movements, the FBI says. In the court papers, the FBI describes how they learned of his apparent presence at the Capitol soon after the attack, and identified him partly due to him missing a finger.
